Our digital products are fully editable online via Canva.
After purchase, you will receive a link to your Canva digital product.
You can open and customize your digital product on any device with a web browser: desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone.
A Canva account is required (free or paid) to edit your digital product.
No additional apps or downloads are needed — everything is editable directly in Canva.
What’s our refund policy?
Because we offer digital files with instant access after purchase, we do not offer refunds. If you have questions before purchasing, we’d love to chat via email.
How do I download the digital product?
After completing your purchase, your digital product will be available for instant download.
You can download your files by:
Clicking the download link in your order confirmation email
Accessing your downloads via your account page (if applicable)
If you don’t see the email right away, please check your spam or junk folder.

How to use the digital product?
- After completing your purchase, you will receive a link to your Canva product
- Click the link to open your product in Canva.
- You can customize the digital product: change text, colors, images, or any other elements.
- To edit the template, you must have a Canva account (free or paid).
- Once you’ve finished customizing, you can download your design as PDF, PNG, or other formats directly from Canva.

When can i download the digital product?
You can download your digital product immediately after payment is completed.
Once your order is confirmed, a download link will be sent to your email. If you don’t see the download right away, please allow a few minutes and check your spam folder.
